l'ultimo detenuto 

While the Australian first edition of The Last Convict was postponed until Februrary 2021, the Italian edition of the book, titled l’ultimo detenuto came out as scheduled in October 2020. It's quite a rare thing for. book to come ot in translation before publication in the original language. The launch was preceded by a good interview with a Turin bookseller arranged by the Italian publisher, pessime idee. The interview ran for about 45 minutes with translation, and went out live on Skype. Here’s a link to the program on Facebook. Hope you like it!
